How to send money from Maya to Banks Tutorial

Can you can send money to other banks straight from your Maya account and Maya to Maya account?

To send from Maya to Bank Account

1. Open the Maya app then tap Bank transfer
2. Select the partner bank
3. Enter the amount and required details and tap Continue
4. Confirm the details of your transaction and tap Transfer now
5. Tap Save details to favorites to make your next transactions to the same account more convenient
6. Tap View receipt to see the proof of your transaction. You’ll also receive an SMS confirmation message.

You will receive a confirmation message in the app and via SMS for your successful transaction.

You can also send money to another Maya account but only if you have a completed/ upgraded account. 

Simply follow these steps:

1. On your Maya app, tap “Send Money”
2. Enter the name, mobile number or account number or the recipient
3. Input the amount that you want send, and an optional message to the recipient and tap "Continue"
4. Review your Send Money transaction details and Tap “Send”
5. Wait for Maya's confirmation via SMS
