A call has been made for Canadian singer Justin Bieber to be declared "persona non grata" in the Philippines for allegedly mocking People's Champ Manny Pacquiao in his Instagram account.
According to ABS-CBN report, Yacap party-list Rep. Carol Jane Lopez is urging Congress to officially ban the Canadian singer from ever setting foot in the country after he posted allegedly insulting photos of Pacquiao on the Internet.

Bieber earlier said Mayweather has nothing to gain from fighting Pacquiao after the Filipino champ lost his last 2 fights.
