PAGASA weather bulletin issued at: 11:00 AM, 23 August 2013, says at 10:00 a.m. today, the Low Pressure Area (LPA) was estimated at 580 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao del Sur (08.0°N, 132.0°E).
If it becomes a typhoon it will be called Bagyong 'Nando' (Typhoon Nando).
The western seaboards of Northern and Central Luzon (Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, and Bataan will have cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.
