DFA authentication services now available at DFA-NCR West Office in SM Manila

More government services are getting more accessible as DFA announces authentication services now available at DFA-NCR West Office in SM Manila.

Applicants are advised to personally hand-carry their documents or authorize their representative who is an immediate family member. The authorized representative must present (1) an authorization letter or Special Power of Attorney (SPA) from the applicant, (2) a photocopy of the applicant’s ID card bearing his/her signature; and (3) a photocopy of the representative’s ID card bearing his/her signature.
DFA announces authentication services now available at DFA-NCR West Office in SM Manila An October 10, 2012, press release from the Department of Foreign AffairsIn continuing with the thrust of the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) to make its services more accessible to the Filipino people, the DFA-Office of Consular Affairs-Authentication Division will now be providing authentication services at the newly opened DFA National Capital Region West (DFA NCR West), at the 5th floor of SM City Manila (beside Worlds of Fun Amusement Center) starting October 12.
DFA-NCR West–Authentication Section will be processing the following documents:
  1. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI), Police and Barangay Clearances;
  1. NSO-issued documents except Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR), Court Decisions, Resolutions and Orders (to be processed at the DFA Main Office’s Authentication Division;
  1. Affidavits/Certificates of Employment, Trainings, Seminars and Baptismal Certificates;
  1. Other Notarized Documents;
  1. DOH Documents;
  1. PRC Documents;
  1. LTO Documents; and
  1. Foreign documents authenticated by Philippine Embassy/Consulate abroad or documents authenticated by Foreign Embassies/Consulates based in the Philippines.
There will be a P200 fee for express processing (one working day) and P100 fee for regular processing (four working days).
