A 5..0 Magnitude Earthquake hits both Davao and Surigao.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said a magnitude-5.2 quake hit the Davao del Sur area at 12:14 p.m. on November 4-Sunday.

At least two earthquakes measuring magnitude 5 and greater rocked the Davao and Surigao areas shortly after noon Sunday, state seismologists said.

Meanwhile, The United States Geological Survey measured the quake at magnitude 4.6, and estimated the epicenter at:

- 65 km south of Pondaguitan
- 71 km east-southeast of Caburan
- 101 km southeast of Malita
- 110 km (68 miles) east of Malapatan
